As an “unlikely” Olympian, I believe in aspiring athletes more than they probably believe in themselves. The dream to become an elite athlete has fallen on you for a reason. Those around you may not fully unerstand the dream you have inside, but I do.

As an author, a YouTuber, a podcaster, and a Mental Performance Coach I’m passionate about helping people become more capable in sports and life.
I believe that all of the lessons we need to succeed in life and to overcome any challenge that life throws our way are lessons we learn from competing in sports.
My book, “An Athlete’s Guide To Winning In Sports and Life” reached #1 on Amazon in Sport Psychology and Sport Science when it launched and has served athletes in over 39 countries worldwide.
Through my coaching programs I work with athletes from aspiring Olympians and professionals to families with athletes just trying to make the next team.
Over the years I’ve worked with athletes who have competed in: The Olympics. NHL, NFL, CFL, and tennis. NCAA D1, D2, D3, MCLA D1 and D2. Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Figure Skating, Artistic and Rythmic Gymnastics, Equestrian. And extreme athletes competing in motocross, skiing, among others.
While the sports may change, the principles to athletic success are the same.
I work with the athlete (and their families if appropriate) and help them understand that the sport itself is a small piece of a much larger pie.

As a parent, you can be as successful as you want to be, but transferring what you know to your son or daughter can be impossible. We put our son in the Athlete Breakthrough Blueprint so that Jonathan could teach him what we knew as parents, but could not get through to our son. In eight weeks Jonathan transformed our son.
